  • Need airfare booking info!

..well i have spent a lot of time trying to find the best possible rates & all i can come up with is a direct flight from SFO to BKK R/T ($890), then buy my R/T ticket from BKK to MNL (Manila) on my return flight.. I tried chking rates for multi-city; SFO-BKK-MNL-SFO but that is $1500 & up.. a direct flight R/T from SFO to MNL is almost as much ($1300) as the multi-city fare, so my best bet is to book my flight from BKK to MNL when i am there, going to MNL 1st is out becuz those weasles add higher fees & taxes in addition to ur airfare than anyone else to leave that damn airport!

..so if anyone that lives in BKK now can give me some pre-trip advice on booking flights ther that would be a big help at arriving at a final decision & i gotta make it qwik, time is running out & oil prices keep going up which makes the airlines bump up their airfares right now, so I'm gonna have to book NLT this week to even get a seat on any airlines bcuz of the upcoming holiday season here & over there..  any advice on booking a R/T flight from BKK to MNL will b appreciated..

The best and cheapest way to travel between Manila and Bangkok is on Cebu Pacific Air, they are a budget carrier operating out of Cebu. They use a new Airbus fleet and fly direct BKK/MNL. If you are a native English speaker they will nearly always give you an exit row seat.

Bookings can be done efficiently on their website http://www.cebupacificair.com/

..THANKS BICKERS! ..but i did find that website last weekend using Goggle & found they have promo fares for around $60 one way incl. tax on Tues./Weds. Since i will be in the Phil. for 3 months I can return to BKK anytime using the 1 way fare again, that way i wont have to pre-book too far in advance..

Sounds good which site or airline is it?
I may also suggest trying Air Asia for cheap fares to Manila
