LB's in London

I have four nights in London on my way to France and (sigh) Barcelona next week and have just realised I have never been with a LB in London despite visiting almost annually for the last 20 years.

I have read a little about Heaven, Transmission and Pink Punters. What is the story with these joints and are they worth a visit? Are there better places I should know about?

If this has been covered before I apologise but I have spent half an hour using Search function and cme up with very little.

If the clubs aren't the go are there any nice tips for short term visitors?

That should bring up some results for you. Orientalgems.com also has a few LB's. They are all way above LOS prices though.

Gents, I very much appreciate the info and advice but it looks like I am going to have to save myself for the girls of Barcelona as the bars only happen Friday and Saturday nights (am I right?) and I only get in at sparrow's on Sunday morning.

I think I will pass on the hooker option and save my cash for Gabreyla Maya in Barcelona.
