Dec 31 is such a big day for me , it seems many many things seem to occur on this date in my life , this year in no exception maybe even the biggest thing    , thats saying alot consdering i got married on Dec 31 1996 ( now very happily divorced of course ) .

We should all head down to Pattaya on Jan 1 to recover  ?

Yes my plan is to be in Bangkok - no idea what happened last eyar after we left Guess - but my camera seems to show we had a good time

By the way, Pattaya on New years Eve is an experience - but it may be an experience that you dont choose to repeat too often - I have done it once and that was enough with fireworks going off inside bars and 1m from my face at midnight as i was lashed up on beers (oh and dont forget no ambulance service of any merit in Thailand, especially Pattaya incase your hit by self combusting explosives......)

I remember that from Christmas last year in pattaya, fireworks everywhere - I could barely walk down Soi 7 they were letting off small explosives all over the place, and one little girl had burnt her fingers.
Wasn't that much fun actually.....and yet I am booked for Christmas in Pattaya again this year !

Just booked 15 nights Whitehouse condotel Pattaya arriving 26/12/2007. Was in Pattaya NYE last year it was the best thing i have ever seen but not for everyone. Whitehouse is on Soi 13 so i will be at bar 131 NYE

Ive done Pattaya b4 for new years i loved it, but i may well try something new lol. Bangkok and Guess it is.. But im keeping my Pattaya hotel just in case lol

I also will likely be at 131 for NYE. This year will be the first time for NYE in Pattaya for me. Last year it was Angeles City where the major fireworks displays happen in the streets right in front of the GoGos. The year before is was Jakarta where fireworks were going off the roof tops of many of the big building for hours.
