Night clubs...

Hi guys heading to Bkk and Pattaya in 6 weeks and always enjoy a good night club.Can anyone advise me where i can take my LB date out for the night clubbing

Bed Supper Club on Sukhumvit soi 11, RCA on New Petchburi Road ( a whole road of bars and clubs), Grand Hyatt Erawan, Sheraton Grande both have good bar/cubs.

Well, I find Bed Supperclub a bit stuck up actually. QBar is fun...IF...you can get it. I got refused 3 times with LBs, but some guys say they got it. Novotel bar underground is good.

The Bed is a good choice very LB friendly, Narcicus is good too
RCA is fun, but mostly a local place, i.e 98% Thai
If you want a true Thai experience, go to Hollywood on Ratchada

Best bet is buy Monkeyman some drinks when u r in town, he is the expert.

In Pattaya, Xcyte on 3rd Road is the place to go.

In early April, there was just a shell left of Hollywood (Pattaya). By the end of April the whole building was leveled.

I find that if it's just you and your ladyboy clubs like Xcyte are not too much fun. Better is to go in a group, maybe 2 farangs and 5 Thais and pick up the tab which at Xycte should be about 3000 baht for admission, a bottle, and lots of mixers, and tip for 7 people.

Just got back from Hollywood in Ratchada we had 2 farang and 3 ladyboys and was pretty good fun. Not too many other farang though. So if you are xenophobic maybe better to stay away.

Was 400 baht entry per person but you got 2 drinks each. Though they opened both drinks at the same time. Not like my beer would go flat or anything after sitting there for 20 minutes opened right?

Typical Thai logic.

Been a few times and really enjoyed it, it was always busy and they had a really "good show" on

As well as Twilo, you have another semi-open street front place just along the street and directly across from KC3. You also have Lucifers disco which is along from KC3 but up two flights of stairs + Kings Lounge which is above Kings Corner + after dark which is almost opposite Foodland and thats before you get to the 'Gay area'. Basically there are countless clubs/discos in Patpong - some of which are very good and many of which are open late, indeed very late.
