new hand phone numbers

does anyone know why i get a recording saying i must use the new number system. 8 before the leading 0 ?. before country code -area-and 7 digit number did the trick. now i'm lost

You have to use 8.....
If the old# was say...011111111 thet will be 0811111111 or From UK+66811111111

So many Ladyboys so little time..
