I'm staying at the Kingfisher on Soi Yensabai. Very nice room with in room safe only 500 baht and a nice empty fridge. They also have smaller rooms for 400 baht.
It's by no means a rathole, rather a very nice hotel.
I'll pay for value, was paying 4000 a nite for a great place on Ko Chang. But the Kingfisher rooms fit my needs perfectly.
