hi to all someone known which days is water party for songkran in pattaya?

Most of Thailand is 13-16, But Pattaya is special and celebrates the week after. 17-20. With 19 and 20 being the Big Days

However this year the 19th is also an election day (yes ANOTHER election day)...I have no clue how this will affect Water Activities, but bars will likely be closed.
