Reasonable cost

Traveling to Thailand for first time in April, and wondering about the cost for lb or gg company. I have scoured this forum and find no certainty on the subject. What is reasonable for st vs/ lt, Bangkok vs. Pattaya and Phuket. I do not want to be insulting to my new friend, but also do not want to pay too much as it only hurts the next guy who is trying to be reasonable and is in the know.

Also how difficult is it to get the girls to pose for my own collection? Extra cost, what is reasonable. Any inforamation would be appreciated.

Be it Bangkok, Pattaya or Phuket my idea of a reasonable price is 1-1500 S/T  & 1500-2000 L/T.
Of course some LB's shall settle for less and others may insist on more and I have to admit that once (& only once) I paid 3000 L/T for someone I wanted badly.
Then of course some bars have a barfine of around 500 baht.

Most LB's love having their pic taken for which I pay no extra although I have seen tourists on the street pay them to pose.
