Hi Azza,
I plan to be in Chiang Mai around the middle of March 06, so will post some more info after I have checked the place out.

The Simon Cabaret is certainly the best starting point for meeting LB's in Chiang Mai, just hang around till after the show when the performers mingle with the audience and have photos taken.

Apparently there is a new Beer Bar centre off Loy Kroh Rd which features a boxing ring and more importantly a LB bar.
Not sure of the exact location ?
