It's the best time....... any time is good time to be in LOS....Best weather is from Dec to Feb..

It is always dry/wet depending whether I am in a gogo bar or bubble bath

have you seen good morning vietnam, and robin williams do the weather forecast .. something like ... it will be hot and humid, and thats terrible if youre in the jungle but nice if youre with a lady.
it is the dry season, but short bursts of rain occures. temp is usually 28-33 celsius.
