Renting a villa for a month in thailand?

I just returned from my second fanfuckingtastic trip to Thailand. 23 nights of bliss with more than two dozen sessions with over a dozen amazing ladyboy (and GG) beauties for less than one full night with a typical American Shemale Prostitute. Less than one hour with an American "porn star"!

As I did the first time, I covered Bangkok, Pattaya and Phuket -- it's SO hard to eliminate one of those towns from your itinerary when you think of who you'll be missing! -- BUT next time I want to rent a villa.

I want to spoil my sorry ass for a full month in a fantastic house to which I will invite my favorite ladyboy guests for periods of 1-30 days each. I'll unpack once and stay unpacked. Better things to do with my time. And instead of paying 2000-2500 thb/night for a bargain 4-star hotel, spend the whole 60-75,000 (even a bit more if I have to) and get a private villa.

First up, am I crazy? Stogie, maybe I can be the test case for a resort version of your "Ladyboy Mansion" concept? I have NO idea what it would actually cost, or even if it can be reasonably done.

Ideally I'd find a true resort villa mansion, with multiple "master suites" available to several other ladyboy lovers where each of us has our own totally private area (bedroom, bathroom, sitting area), but we can share the swimming pool and living room and big-screen tv with constant ladyboy porn and the housekeeper and the cook.

If I have to, I'll take the entire place to myself the first time, though I'm sure I've already met at least two or three guys who, if our schedules could coincide, would be up for such a situation. Maybe they'd just stop in to share the costs for only a week each?

Just throwing it out there to see what's what. I'm thinking somewhere in Phuket where we could taxi the girls in from Patong, but I'm open to any ideas. Maybe outside Pattaya? Or inside Bangkok? Even Samui. Maybe next May, just as "low season" kicks in?

I was thinking of a small ladyboy resort, with LB staff only, regular shows and hostesses in the bar. Of course also a place where you can bring your LB gf from wherever for a reaxed vacation in Thailand. A safe haven, no hassles with other tourists (if she's not looking that passable). Problem only is that with something like that you're autmatically in the focus of guys you don't want to deal with - especially Pattaya, but actually, everywhere in Thailand. Police, local mafia - whoever wants a stake and you're always in the grey area, as prostitution and everything connected is illegal in Thailand.

My own concept would be VERY low-key. Literally a "private residence" suitable for multiple guests. I'm looking for just two things: 1. like-minded, well-adjusted ladyboy lovers with a few bucks to spend to share the costs of a giant luxury villa that would be wasted on a single guy (read here any of the half-dozen ATS members I've met so far in Thailand); and 2. the perfect villa/house in which to do it.

IF a suitable place can be found with, say, multiple master suites, sufficient to allow 3-5 guests at a time to enjoy their individual privacies AND share the fantastic 'common areas' (living room, kitchen, pool) it'd be a boon for all concerned. Just imagine a taxi pulling up with our half-dozen choices for the evening/week-end (okay, two taxis with our ten choices!). With a giant comfortable space in which to lounge and chat with their girlfriends between sessions - ours might become a very popular PRIVATE and exclusive invitation indeed.
I'm told such places usually rent for minimum six months and they prefer full year rentals. That would require from 18 - 60 separate one-month sub-rentals to totally book the place. (Based on renting a minimum of 3 rooms for 6 months up to 5 rooms over 12 months). So how much would 2-6% of the annual rent be? (Adding in utilities, maintenance, and perhaps a live-in ladyboy housekeeper...) I have NO idea. But I'm guessing a month's stay at such a place would be worth it. I would love to enlist someone in-country to find the place, figure the cost and take a few months rent-free (or a reasonable fee if preferred) to set it up. Ummmm, Stogie? ;-) Mai Kee, you living in Pattaya yet? Your idea for just OUTSIDE pattaya sounds like an excellent cost-efficient, very convenient location. A minibus full of Cascades girls could roll down when the bar closes and join us by 3:30 am, party for 12 hours and head back to work that same afternoon, not missing a single barfine.

I am thrilled at the interest already expressed here! If enough guys are truly interested, this could definitely happen for 2006!

i don't see the "perfect" place yet, but a couple of them look doable. a little concerned about an 'apartment' providing sufficient privacy and would much prefer the pool to be private to just the one villa, rather than community - unless we find two villas that share a pool and take them both. as to WHERE around pattaya it need be, don't know that that matters, though i wonder about settling into a community aimed toward "family"...since who knows what attire the girls will retain when they hit the pool and really don't want nosy neighbors...hell, maybe we'll just have to rent the "babylon spa party triplex" at the Penthouse in Pattaya until we find the right villa.
