Sorry man, but where is Soi Buckaow?

i think it is pron more like bua-kao ...
there are a few lbs also working in this soi. alot a new stuff there now, new bars and hotels. right down from diana you can find lolitas blow job bar, 600b for the whole package. and there are 7-11s and family marts on every 10m. cheap and skanky st rooms in soi chayaporn, alot of food is available, thai and english. this area has become almost like a new english colony the last 5 yrs..

Good info Ole about the 19th hole. That would be quite an experience to stay right in the same bldg with a bunch of the ladyboys, although the conditions would be more spartan than most here would care to endure on a day to day basis for any length of time.
Another hotel that is right on Walking Street, very close to the action is The Beach Inn. It is a little further south than Linda or Jenny Star Bars, on the opposite side of the street, across from The Taj Mahal Tailor Shop, iirc. It was/is 250 baht a night, had a/c and television in the rooms. The front desk was in the corner of a pool hall, and not really noticable until inside amongst the pool tables.
It is not up to the standards that most here look for, but it is/was servicable, handy location and great price for the budget traveler. This info is from a couple years ago, so not sure if things are still the same now.

That's almost like staying in the Nana shortime rooms!

200 baht a night is a pretty good deal especially for guys who are traveling with wives or mates and want their own private lovepad.
