Always wear your seatbelt while flying!

You should always wear your seatbelt while flying even when the fasten seatbelt sign is off.

Even new airplanes cannot detect turbulence ahead of time and this is a reminder of what can happen - even to the biggest passenger jet in the sky, an A380.

Plus I am 6' 5" 275 pounds. Once my butt is squeezed in a seat it takes a forklift to move.

Be that as it may TM - I think the kind of turbulence that TG600 experience would have been able to throw you out of the seat if you had not been wearing a seat-belt. Better safe than sorry!

If you are not standing up, belt up. Watch the flight crew that are on break. All with at least a loosely tied belt. Wait until your on a flight where you watch the 200+kg serving trolleys "levitate" and you will see why. You have business to attend to in the Kingdom, don't spoil it with a neck brace.

Yes I agree even when I manage to get a few seats to lay down on I always have the belt on as you never know.
