Nok Air to Koh Samui

Nok air is now offering a complete package to Koh Samui for 2000 Baht One Way.
(Note: the flight departs Bangkok from the old airport)

Fly to Nakon Si Thammarat , or to Surat Thani then nokair will take you to the pier and put you on a boat.

As someone who has done this the 'hard way', the idea of buying an all inclusive ticket sounds appealing.

I'll go to Samui next month by train. Sleeper Car about 600 Baht pp.
Did it before to Chiang Mai, very nice experience. You leave in the evening and arrive in the morning. Plenty of time to have fun in the private sleeping car, about 11 hours. Saves hotel money besides (No smoking though).

The underwater segment of the the trip is worth 600 baht all by itself.
