        Why would you prepay for your hotel?  If you book now and pay then, you won't be paying at today's exchange rate...

        If there are better deals available then, cancel and rebook...

            The world news has been reporting that a group calling themselves the Multi Color Shirts will take action if the government does not.  This is not a good sign folks.
