Can I find Blu-Ray DVD's on the carts in LOS?

Hi all, I was looking at one of the DVD carts in Pattaya today, usually 100 baht per title for stuff just now playing in the theaters. My experience from last trip is that the quality is usually relatively high considering t the source and legitimacy.

Rather than buying the handful of DVD's I was considering, I thought I should check and see if you guys know if these are now being made available in Blu-ray anywhere here in Patts or in BKK? If so, I'll hold off on buying the standard def and go find the Blu-ray's instead.

Yes, loads of titles available in Pattaya's Tuk Com Centre on South Pattaya Rd, 5th floor I think !

Don't get blu rays here
In the states you can get legit blu rays for $15 or less on amazon
here its $40 for legit, and $20 for counterfeit
and you never know exactly what u are getting with the counterfeit.

Yes I did mean counterfeits, I've seen the Blu Ray stuff threre but never enquired on prices......the same shops sell DVD's for 100 Baht or less depending on volume down to 70 I find.

450-500 is the price for pirate blu ray, I haven't bought any. Its cheaper to be legit in USA !!!

Crikey that is pricey Snick..........what so good about them, are they 3D or something.

Also in TuK Com and on the ground floor this time, you can buy last seasons DVD's, the originals not counterfeits from 80 Baht and buy 5 get one free.

Copy Blu Rays 100B in Saphan Lek.

DVD's 50 Baht.

I don't have a Blu ray machine so i can offer no guidance as to quality.

I doubt that's the real bluray. What that probably is is a DVD 9 mastered from a blu Ray source and sold in blue box. I see those in Bangkok for 150-200baht

Yes, i suspect you are probably correct about that.

I splashed out 100B when I was at Saphan Lek yesterday and bought one. It plays on my regular DVD player.
