DIG enforces 3rd person fee

Ill agree with that , people forget that you can go to any hotel ,pay a few hundred baht and do whatever you wanna do at any pool  

The Dynasty Grande is a great hotel , I stay there when its cheap , and stay at the Dynasty when its high season and then use its swimming pool

Don't believe that's the case...I was in the front wing...The construction is in the back wing...

And Floor 6 is not the only smoking floor...I think it just happened to be full on that particular weekend...

But I find it odd that some of you would be upset that they are actually enforcing their written policy...
