Where do you guys go when you caught something extra from a GG or LB you didn't pay for in the heat of the moment?

A small hospital where you can walk in, no need for an appointment. Quickly served and not too many questions from the staff.

Probably no matter - the modus operandi is the same - just look for the sleeziest, cheap clinic - thats where the Thais will be going so odds are the doctor will have seen it all before and prescribe some souped up meds that will cure almost anything (+ some paracetamol as they make more money on those).

I had to check into Bumrungrad due to an acute lateral herniated disc issue which I first felt on the plane coming over. I was in deep pain the whole trip. Packman will tell you I couldnot walk. Bumrungrad gave me great drugs and a steroid shot and the orthopedic specialist was top notch. Checking into that hospital was like checking into the Mandarin Oriental in BKK. and it was a fraction of the cost than the US where I would be waiting in the waiting room all fucking day. Very impressive
