My worst was coming back from siem reap. Had a bit of a bender the night before, got up early and caught one of the $10 shit pile buses back direct to bangkok, i was ok until an hour outside the border when we stopped!
Found the toilet round the back, and it was so bad and infested with roachs you could hardly see the pan!
Decided to hold, there and then, after we crossed the border i changed plans and hired a car to take me to patts, 4 hours later i'm still holding!
The guy dropped me way up north pattaya, so i then had to get a motorbike, whilst clenching my ass cheaks!

Had a mad dash through walking street, back to my previous digs, grabbed the key, ran the stairs, and the girl i was meeting up with was waiting for me shot passed her(knodded), in through the door, just about managed to get my jeans off then wallop 11 hours worth of ass clenching hell over with, and a very dirty bathroom!

Now she's banging on the door" Where you go".......

Managed a record clen up of bathroom and my self, lots of spray and windows wide open!

Trust me. I take no chances. When I was backpacking in Cambodia, I buy gallons of 'fresh' water for brushing my teeth, washing my utensils etc. Who knows, they could be filling up the bottles down the backalley... just make sure you don't wear thongs or Gstrings on BKK trip!

I am usually ill when I go to the Far East. I haven't soiled a hotel lobby, but I did follow through with a fart while sitting in underwear (can't say pants as our American readers might not understand) on a smart couch in my bedroom in the Conrad Hong Kong. Luckily it (the couch) was brown.

My worst experience (well you did ask!) was while preparing for a colonoscopy a few years ago. I was given all sorts of laxatives the day before, and we had to go and look at a new car in a showroom. I spent most of the time in the loo. Additionally, unfortunately, I misunderstood the instructions, and had a light meal before going to bed. My bowel hadn't completely cleared by the time of the procedure, so when the consultant took a photo to show me, there was a beautiful turd next to my beautiful pink (and otherwise clean) bowel.
