Anyone had any experience picking up GG's from gyms? I know this is LB forum but hopefully I'm not the only one who also enjoys a good pussy.

My last GG "girlfriend" used to work out at that new Mall in Pattaya (the Avenue?). I did meet her a couple of times outside the gym but I never saw any real hotties there, except my girl of course

      Hey brock

Tony€™s gym is as good as it gets in Pattaya. In BBk I would use the €œfitness first€ gym in the landmark hotel complex.

But really it all depends where you stay. As you probably know most hotels have reasonable fitness rooms. And if you€™re staying long time then just go for a condo that provides that facility .

Seems like most good hotels have gyms and many stand alone gym joints in both places

Yesterday I looked at the two Tony's gyms on 3rd Road.

The biggest one (Tony's Fitness and Tennis Club) is about a football field south of Pattaya South Road on 3rd Road. This one has a huge workout area with lots of machines, a big swimming pool, and spinning classes, yoga classes etc. Open 24 hours. 220 baht per visit with a slight discount for multiple visits. A two year membership is 12K baht (you can freeze your membership for 3 baht a day)and lifetime 20K baht and includes all three locations.

Then there's Tony's Gym on 3rd road about a kilometer north of Pattaya South Road. Not as nice as above but the somewhat more serious vibe may appeal to some. Also 24 hours. This location has Muay Thai training from 15:00-21:00, no charge but tipping the teacher is encouraged but up to you. Also a Jappanese spa that many will find great, and others think rubbish, a dark indoors area with hot tubs, cold tubs, steam, sauna, and relaxation area. Same pricing as Tony's Fitness and Tennis Club.

Then there's Tony's Life Fitness on Walking Street costing only 99 baht per visit. Looked at this one a few years ago and as I remember a rather smallish place.

But if you just want a quick workout, there are a few machines in the fitness room at Pattaya Bay Resort. 999 a night, 2 free breakfasts daily, and the 7th night free but probably must prepay for breakfast on day 7.

Like Mikee I go to the Universe Gym on Sukumvit Road (300 yrads North of the junction with Central Pattaya Road. For me its adequate - has all the equipment - free weights and machines. My only complaint is that they dont run the aircon enough, so working out on the aerobic equipment is very sweaty. It never seems to get busy but then again my time for visiting is early afternoon. From memory its about 1300 for a month, but you can buy a block of 10 admissions for about 700.
I alternate visits to the gym with jogging at the fitness park on the hill near the big buddha temple.
