I have not heard of such a place and I would doubt you can find it anywhere.

Ok , there were a few reasonble arguments ( first of all using non desinfected equipment)
, no problems to shave the cock&ball area but some problems to shave your back properly,not talking about the butt .I get this done once a week by my girlfriend, but I dont take her with me on travel
But it´s a good idea to let a massage girl do it during an oil massage
