I don't get the the negative attitudes, if the girl can charge a high rate and get customers then good luck to her. I'm sure you want to get the best wage for your job which probably doesn't involve getting fuck in the arse (although some of us feel like we have been).
The girls that travel cater for a different market, guys that can't or don't travel to LOS etc. You couldn't expect Martina to travel to Australia and charge LOS prices.
