Hi I'm visiting Phuket in late Aug 2026. Any recommendations for meeting ladyboys? I have been to Bangkok before.

Depending where you stay in Phuket your ladyboys availability may be different. The majority of the Ladyboys are in Patong where most tourists stay.
Bangla road area is where you will find most of the ladyboys in the evenings mainly.
There isn't really a dedicated ladyboy bar in Phuket anymore but there is ladyboys all over and in many bars in the area.
So if you like bar hopping then you should be able to find some ladyboys.
There is also usually many on the street on Bangla road but be careful of freelancers. There is good freelancers but there is a few trouble makers on the street.
Watch for bars that have ladyboy cabaret shows and those may be a good option.
Soi Paradise is kind of a gay area but they often have ladyboy cabaret shows also.
Similar to Bangkok can try to meet them online on sites such as Thai Friendly but then you can't be sure what you are getting but there is many options.

Simon Cabaret show is a big cabaret show that features about 20 ladyboys in their show and most are very hot.
You can buy a ticket for the show which is about 2 hours and after the show they have a meet and greet with the ladyboys after the show where you can talk to them and take pictures.
Often people tip the ladyboys at the meet and greet and this is a good opportunity to slip them your contact information with a tip. Not all will be sex workers but most times they are iikely to call you if they aren''t busy or have a boy friend.

If you are staying at one of the other beaches beside Patong there is normally a bar area with ladyboys.
