No bars really to find them during the day. However many live up around the Paradies complex and you can see them wandering around early to mid afternoon. Some venture into the internet cafe Liontchai across from the Kohjoy apartments also.
I also know many live around Nanai Rd and I have often seen a few up around Thanon Sainamyen.
Your bets bet though is to go to the bars like C&D, Soi Katoey and the cabarets like Tangmo near Royal Paradise and get some numbers to call for during the day.
I have quite a few numbers of the ladyboys in Phuket so if you have a specific girl in mind then let me know maybe I can provide you with a number.
