On the way back to HQ, i noticed Waikiki Bar empty in soi Tiger.
I have reported before, how the greedy (french) landlord is demanding absurd 'key money' to renew the leases. Turns out the demand here was 3.6 million (plus rent) for a new 3 year lease. The barowner told him to "shove it" - correct in my opinion. His demands for Sharky's and Love Shack, at the front of the soi, are 7.2 million!! Thats crazy and i hope they also tell him to shove it.
