I have had the great pleasure of meeting Ivor and the time spent with him I enjoyed his company a great deal. He is a gentleman and I cannot imagine him sincerely meaning any ill-will towards another well-intended BM, especially someone like yourself. You have demonstrated and continue to demonstrate an excitement and enthusiasm for the LB phenomenon of Thailand that maybe some others have lost over the years. Many of us certainly prefer to read that in your threads rather than the cynical, slashing posts of others who seem can only puff up their own self worth by diminishing others. Ivor is not one of these people in my opinion and after reading his post once again I am positive his comment was in jest and not at all intended to be taken seriously. In fact I am sure there was a day Ivor too was back in farangland counting the days until his next LOS departure. And he did not have to suffer the long days and nights of being imprisoned in Alaska. (with all due respect to Alaska of course). So please do not be offended. Most of us are counting your days left also. We do not want you to make a mistake and miss your flight. :-)
Pacman,
Ahhhhh, no Ivor is not a Brit completely. Methinks he is Thai now.
