Weds Night:

I fancied a steak for dinner, and with my favourite steakhouse closed for Low Season, i thought i'd try "Harry's" in soi Patong Tower.

The soi was desrted, and i was the only diner until i was having my coffee.

As i left, a cheeky bastard tailor saw me take this picture and told me it was 100Bt for a photo! I told him no wonder the fucking soi was deserted with prats like him trying to extort from tourists, and incidentally, i'm not a tourist, so fuck right off!

I walked back along Beach Road, passing half-empty restaurants, up Bangla, passing 7th Heaven Bar on the corner of our soi, where some cute ggs were gyrating:

just to remind everyone: Phuket airport is open, Patong is open, C & Ds is open - no need to be shy, just come and enjoy yourselves. Or maybe somebody is here but are hiding away in their hotels?
