They do it because they are in Thailand on holiday & they lose all sense of responsibility. And with young guys who haven't enough life experience, this usually ends badly. With inhibitions gone, with bottled up anger free to express itself & who knows what other factors in play, be it latent racism or self loathing or whatever, the nice young fella who started drinking earlier in the night finishes up being a total dickhead.
They can be found every night of the year somewhere in Phuket or Pattaya or Bangkok or.... wherever. They should be avoided, a night in the cells is the best place for them. Some learn from it, some don't.Despite the high cost of living, it continues to be popular.Comment

Yeah, but he was always the good guy surviving the long odds and winning! This guy is young and dumb and filled with cheap liquor! (ya thought I was going somewhere else with that didn't ya!) 
As to our Agent, he laments his holiday plans but always makes good use of his time! Maybe he will be able to entice some of the P*****a lovies to move to a better place with sun drenched beautiful beaches and a growing nightlife and ... Well just have a good time Jimbo, we will await your report.

JWell ain't this a bitch! Feeling great yesterday! Today in the hospital due to my heart forgetting how to beat right! Now I have to do the squirrel thing on the treadmill to make sure my ticker is going to lasts! I asked the Doc if donuts could still be on my agenda and diet and said in moderation! Well I guess a Donut a night is moderation! Oh well with a little luck I will be out of this place by tomorrow and back to normal. Well at least iwhat I call normal! All the best to all and Jimbo I look forward to your photo expose on that nameless other city!
