Easiest way to find out is to go armed with this useful phrase.
Khrai mii kwaei yai thiisut
Which means who's got the biggest dick. Best be careful with the tones and vowels on Kwaei though...or you could ind up with a large buffalo Rising tone or high tone which for all attempts and purposes will sound very similar said at speed, and the vowel sounds like the 'a' in 'hey'. And Thiisut is pronounced as in cup of tea and a new suit - both short vowels:-)

or to keep it simple krai mee ham yai teesut or ju yai teesut, boith mean the same but easier to decypher when a farang is speaking to a thai lb
