Think I figured out what it means to ring the bell. I seriously believed there was an actual bell.

There is a bell and its real.

It a long held secret for 1000 baht they place a cow bell around your neck, and you bend over and get nailed by 10 beauties from the bar and of course as you are getting nailed the bell rings as you rock back and forth.
