This bar has been mentioned before but here is some pictures from their X profile.
Delirious Bar is located on Soi Chaiyapoon. They serve premium spirits including Single Malt Whisky, Bourbon, Rum, Gin etc. and they say they pour them strong !
Soi Chaiyapoon seems to be becoming awash with ladyboys.

Delirious is always a blast. Girls get extra crazy here as the night progresses. Chaiyapoon is mostly ladyboys at this point.

It looks like it's a great Soi. Ladyboys and potholes.
Seems like a lot of pot shops there too.

Yes. A lot of pot shops here, and the food carts come often. The potholes can make for a bumpy motorbike ride, but nothing compared to delirious ~

A combination of factors, from the first time I went there I had the feeling of feeling at ease, the staff is friendly and has never been too intrusive, if I really have to find a fault, I don't like their short time room.

Relaxing and low pressure making you feel at ease is always good.
Generally I haven't like many short time rooms.

I don't drink spirits due to liver problems, but I do treat myself to an occasional beer.
I'm not a whiskey fan, but I've noticed the bar is really well stocked.

I think you should ask other customers about the quality and selection of whiskey.
