Looks like a Ladyboy Bar in a big fancy house. Probably everything is more expensive than a regular bar.
Depending on the location, it makes me wonder about their liquor licensing and full legality. Could a place like this be raided?

Still I think you would be able to set this scene up for yourself at a cheap price. Rent a fancy villa and line up some ladyboys.
This would be attractive to newbies that have not visited Thailand much.

However they do have Foosball which is unusual for a Ladyboy establishment. I may have to visit just for the table soccer.

I viewed one of their videos titled "Watch the Hottest Ladyboy Showgirls in Thailand" and spotted a few TIffany Showgirls. They must be doing a good job of recruiting since the cabaret showgirls in Bangkok, Pattaya and Phuket have been unemployed for close to 6 months.

It can't be a brothel, as those are illegal it would be raided and shut down. I think Crag's speculation is closer to the spot - a ladyboy bar in a mansion.

Well there is no information about a location so it must be online only.
This would exempt them from any brothel problems.

Youtube allows live streaming, so they can make money from ads and possibly donations.
Another bar was trying this with a "Ring the Bell" feature on You Tube.
Still Youtube will only allow R rated content so I'm not sure how appealing it would be to pay for R rated content.

They could funnel you to a live chat on another site to get more money. However you could contact ladyboys on LINE to do the same thing probably cheaper or free.
Ladyboy parties are great but R rated would get boring, I suppose this helps the Post Ops since they don't have to show their junk.

There is not mention of meeting or visiting said Mansion anywhere.

Soooo...are they just having fun with their $$ and the website...where would any "Return on Investment" (ROI) come from???
Very few guys are going to buy a membership on a PG rated site IMO.
I would think in person visits to the Mansion would be something guys would pay for...especially the wealthy Chinese,Japanese and Arab clients...

Admission fees/cover charges to get in the door and then exorbitant drink prices and ultimately huge bar fines to take the girls upstairs to one of the bedrooms .

This sounds like the lbs will be offering webcam sex shows - I am sure they (the owners) would get a significant % of the action. Crag is likey right, they are only renting the mansion for part of a day, when they do the video and photo shoots. This means low overhead, so they should be able to get a good ROI if the customers bite. We will likely hear soon enough if customers are unhappy with the paid online services.

As i say they can make some money dong live party events on Youtube through advertising and donations I believe.
This would wear thin soon if it is just a bunch of scantily clad ladyboys dancing around a fancy house.

I think other online services would be private between the ladyboy and her customer using some Chat technology or site.
It doesn't look like they are actually charging any subscription or anything. So probably the ladyboy provides webcam or escorting services and gives the owners a kick back. It basically would attract the inexperienced more than anything. Once the ladyboys get their hooks in them, you know what happens...

I've been searching online to see if this place is available for rent or sale but haven't found it yet. Similar properties in the Pattaya area are going for 100,000 per month and up.

A few years ago, there use to be a wbsite called "ladyboys island". For anyone who hadn't visited Thailand yet, this looked like a pradise where only ladyboys lived and welcomed tourists with sex parties. That was just a few porn videos shot on beaches and sold as the "ladyboys island".
This mansion makes me believe of new fantasy sold on the net. Cam show ? Luxury bar ? Clandestine bar or brothel ? Who knows. I guess these gentlemen want to make money with the price of fantasy.
