  • Bareback with ladyboys

Hi guys, been pattaya twice, do a ny one risk fucking without a condom with ladyboys, I've shagged loads but only ever with a condom, I've never asked without anyone done?how much extra they charge, anyone know ladyboys who will do it? Ect ect

  • #2
Well since it is Pattaya I would be careful about going bareback. Of course there is many that will do it and not even for an extra charge.
There is many that won't say anything if you don't put on a condom as often they seem ok to take the risk for money.
If you stay with a ladyboy for an extended period she may offer or just go bareback too.

At one point Thailand had one of the highest rates of HIV in the world and prediction had up to 40% of ladyboys could be infected.
They have improved these statistics over the last 20 years but it is still risky.

However there is some places to get quick testing in Thailand.
A ladyboy once wanted us to go for tests so we could fuck bareback but I chose to stick with condoms.
It is a bonus for them because they figure if you go get the test, you will stay with that ladyboy.

Also you can get an anti-HIV drug you can get in Thailand that is supposedly up to 90% effective in preventing it.
Also I see the PEP treatment advertised if you think you were exposed you can immediately start taking this to prevent the HIV.
    http://www.nationmultimedia.com/deta...ional/30320526

You also have to consider that there is many other diseases and things you can catch other than HIV.
Things like herpes and HPV can stay with you forever and can cause other issues like cancer.
Super strains of Gonorrhea and Syphilis are supposed to be out there and have no treatment.
Also they say many regular infections like Gonorrhea are becoming tolerant to all antibiotics available today.

Also there is many ladies and ladyboys in Pattaya that have HIV but still work because they have to.
Unfortunately many that have it are more than happy to give it to someone else as they are bitter for catching it.
I've seen this before were a ladyboy was on a vendetta to give all falangs HIV because one gave it to her.
She particularly liked trying to give it to very young men and ruin their lives, like she felt hers was ruined.
Just remember most people in Thailand don't value life as much as in western society.

Most bars are not checking for this and police or authorities do not do much screening for this.
Police are more likely to test them for drugs than disease.

You and your ladyboy friend both test negative? Doesn't mean it's safe to go BB. Takes 6 or more months after infection for the test to show positive. A negative test just means no antibodies were detected before the 6-month incubation period was completed. Spooky that story about a vengeful ladyboy. Wonder if she is beautiful with sexy hourglass figure, shapely tower legs, big feet and shapely toes, soft female face, and hot boobs implanted. Hard to resist going BB. Reminds me of the singing sirens of Ulysses in the Iliad and the Odessey.

I don't think the particular ladyboy I was talking about is working anymore. However my point was that this type of behaviour is common.
Just because they get HIV or any affliction, they won't stop working in the bars or wherever they ploy their trade.
No one is checking up on them generally and there is no legal ramification for purposely trying to pass on disease.
Often they don't know or care if they are carrying something.

Two types of sexually related health risks that one can pickup and that most people don't know about or don't worry about is Herpes and Pthirus pubis (Crabs). Herpes can be gotten from simple kissing. It's a Virus that will stay with you for life. There is no cure. Crabs is a parasite and can be gotten from bed sheets, clothing, a toilet seat, etc. You use an over the counter medicine called 1% permethrin for a few days. Anal sex without protection can get you a nasty infection of the Penis due to trace fecal matter entering the Urethra . Also Hepatitis B and C can be transmitted this way. If you purchase the best quality Condoms they will be thin enough and strong enough for maximum sensation.

Remember Freddie Mercuy? Rudolf Nureyev? Amanda Blake? Rock Hudson? Ray Sharkey? Charlie Sheen? Liberace? Roy Cohn? John Stagliano and Tricia Devereaux (both owners of Evil Angel porno empire, Arthur Ashe, Magic Johnson, etc? Not worth it.

Oral herpes (HSV-1) can be gotten from kissing, but up to 80% of Americans already have it so no worries! As for genital herpes (HSV-2), it's virtually impossible to pick up via oral sex except in the case of a herpes outbreak observed in your partner. Just take basic precautions when you meet and greet your LB partner for the night, and during foreplay, to check them out for any obvious signs of mouth sores.

I'm getting my Hepatitis A & B inoculations right now and will be immune by the time my trip rolls around in early March. The only thing I've worried about leading up to this trip is contracting gonorrhea and chlamydia through oral sex, and I've done a lot of reading and poring through monger trip reports to understand the risk. CBJ is just a waste of time, so for me it's either BBBJ giving, BBBJ receiving or no BJ at all. I think every guy has to do the research and make his own 'safe sex' rules of the road that he's comfortable with. I mean, if you're worrying about it during sex, the dick is gonna go limp and you're not going to have a good time anyway - so better not to even go to Thailand.

My own rules are going to be this:

DFK - with everyone, amateur and pro
Full service sex - always covered , with everyone
BBBJ - giving and receiving with amateur; receiving only with pro

I guess by 'pro' I mean streetwalker. Bar girls are pros of course, but I'm going to possibly make exceptions for giving BBBJ to a bar girl on a case by case basis.

I've also toyed with the thought of taking Zithromax or doxycycline ahead of the trip as a prophylactic measure. One study I read among gay men showed that taking doxycycline one week before and during unprotected sex resulted in 70% less occurrences of contracting gonorrhea and chlamydia than the group that didn't take the pills. On the other hand, there are side effects with these drugs, as well as a risk of your body building up a resistance so the drugs wouldn't be effective in case you really did catch the infections.

Instead, I'll go get myself checked for STIs as soon as I return to the States.

Any of you guys have any thoughts on this?

I have noticed all porno is BJ's without condoms so I do the same. Nothing beats skin on skin. EXCEPT for BB sex. AIDS is the most convincing deterrent to this practice. As for taking antibiotics prophylactically, I think conventional medical advice is to just get the infection, see a doctor, do a culture and sensitivity test (SST) to isolate the causative bacteria and discover which antibiotic will kill them. If you take antibiotics prophylactically then you don't know what disease you may have gotten. Do these things. Gargle with Listerine three time and flush mouth for a full minute after finishing sex. This stuff burns your month, no? Take a bath with your lover. Thais love baths and insist that you join them. BTW it takes up to 10 days before the SST results come in so don't forget to ask for some kind of antibiotic to take while you're waiting. If you're lucky it is one of the Ab that it is sensitive to. For the HIV test you will have to wait 6 months before testing. It takes that long before your body develops detectable antibodies. If I remember correctly they can do this test right in front of you with a drop of blood. Best advice is to do Hep vaccinations like you do, eat well, don't exhaust yourselves, don't overdrink, look both ways before you cross a street, don't lose your temper, don't fret if you lose money on a bad date and just try again with another, sleep all day and party all night if you are that horny, take a lot of photos and share them with us. Y'know sometimes I don't think it is that easy to get HIV infections. A good immune system might fight it off if the load dose is small. There is NO documented evidence on the internet that anybody got HIV from oral sex. Some porn stars like Lara Roxx from Canada got HIV while filming a porn flick. I think she didn't douche herself healthwise. John Stagliano (Evil Angel owner) sez he got it from a Brazilian travesties with a cut on his/her penis (???) and then he transmitted it to his wife. Like Magic Johnson both are still alive with newer virus controlling drugs. I they probably make anyone just as sick as the disease and then you have to take the expensive pills every single day. When I was young lad and could go all night as a young lad studying medicine in Manila I would get painful penile infections because I didn't wash afterwards. Seems Filipina chick are unsanitary and don't practice personal hygiene. Culture and SST showed Staph (Staphylococcus aureus) infections. Same bacteria that's on you everyday hands. So this Thai practice of bathing before and afterwards is good. They do piss hard while soaping up with the second bath. Feels funny when they aim for your legs. REMEMBER to wear condoms and don't do bareback. You can watch that in the porno flicks or Frank's Ladyboy website subscription. Going BB is like making the stupid move to try ice or yaba or heroin resulting in a new life full of remorse.

That's all great stuff George. I've read about the Listerine trick before, but never read the routine in such detail. Piss right after? Yeah I piss frequently these days anyway, at my age 55555. And showers before and after, mandatory.

Thanks for the feedback and Merry Christmas!

In all my life going with ladyboys I have never caught anything other than the flu.
I never do CBJ and always do covered intercourse, except occasionally in a committed relationship.

Personally I would not recommend pre-dosing with antibiotics.
First you don't know if you are taking the right thing based on what you will encounter, you are just taking a stab in the dark.
Taking antibiotics this way can make you more immune and not able to properly take advantage of these drugs when you really need it.

In addition there is drug resistant forms of Gonorrhea and Syphilis coming to light and you are basically contributing to this by taking the drugs when you don't need them.
These antibiotics also kill most of the good bacteria in your system, leaving you open to other infections and complications that may be stopped by the good strains in your system. If you kill the good bacteria in your gut you could suffer from diarrhea, indigestion or upset stomach your entire trip.
When travelling to Thailand with bad water and food that may be hard on your stomach, strong digestion is a good thing to have.
Basically there is a chance of catching other things besides STIs if your level of good bacteria is down.
Catching Gonorrhea through oral sex is very rare but possible, however it is usually only when someone is immune compromised.
Otherwise almost nothing can survive stomach acids and good bacteria.

That PEP product could be ok if you are worried about HIV, as it doesn't seem to lower your resistance to other drugs too much.
Also no doctor has ever recommended that I take antibiotics in advance.
Many doctors have given me a prescription to take in case i get food poisoning or upset stomach, but they say don't take it unless you actually get something.

4 or 5 times I have gotten the flu in Thailand, so watch out for sick ladyboys as this can ruin your vacation.
Taking antibiotics in advance probably won't help you avoid the flu, however it may make make it harder to recover if your resistance is up.
The last time i got the flu in Thailand when I got back i had to try 3 different antibiotics before one worked.
I have saved the prescription for the one that worked so know which one to buy in Thailand.
Never will I take it unless I actually get sick because it is possible there isn't another one that will help me.
You can easily die from pneumonia if you cannot control a serious flu virus.
Plus the strains of flu in Thailand may be different than what you encounter at home.

I have gotten the flu shot many times but I have found I seem to catch it more with the shot than without.
In general people in Thailand over medicate with antibiotics. Many take them all the time.

Washing and gargling can help but often it is already too late.
I have never even heard of anyone getting an infection from bareback due to fecal matter entering the urethra.....

This is all good information and rather reassuring - was hoping you'd weigh in eventually on this subject, Crag.

I just had my second Hep B shot yesterday, so am now fully protected for my trip.

Was thinking about HPV immunization as well. Do you think that's really necessary? It's $214 at a nearby CVS Minute Clinic, not covered by insurance due to my age.

If you had a second Hep shot that should cover you for life.

HPV never hurts because it is something anyone can have at anytime and is something worthwhile.
I don't think HPV is very prevalent in Thailand as nobody even seems to know what a wart is.
Also I have never seen a Thai person with a wart, that I can remember, maybe because most wear open toed sandals.

One time i had a big wart on my toe when I went to Thailand and it just kept getting worse.
I was able to find some wart cream after much searching but it didn't help to much
When i went to the clinic the doctor there didn't have any idea what a wart was, so that was not help.
I imagine a hospital would since I have seen they do wart removal in hospitals.

It is even more for the Shingles vaccine than the HPV one and neither are covered on any of my plans yet either.
Shingles isn't really related to sex or Thailand but I would hate to have an outbreak while on vacation.
My father had a shingles attack and it was terrible.

You may also want to ask your doctor for something to combat stomach sickness or parasites.
I have had food poisoning twice in Thailand but never a parasite or anything like this.
Although I did get a parasite in Brazil and was glad the doctor gave me the medicine in advance.

Correction: that's $214 per HPV shot, but it's a 3-part immunization series. That's serious money. Apparently the US serum takes care of 9 HPV strains, but there are many more strains than that. Doesn't seem worth it in the long run, as long as I follow the safe-sex regimen described by others on this forum.

As for stomach sickness, I'm frequently reading in this or that trip report about guys coming down with the bug, holing up for 2-4 days in their hotel room and missing all that action. I'm only going to be in LOS seven days so have to make every minute count. It would be catastrophic to come down with dysentery or other intestinal illness, therefore no interesting food or street food for me! While in BKK I'm only eating at Terminal 21, and in Pattaya Central Festival food court. I've read that these two venues are the most reliable for clean, tasty food. Breakfast for me is always a bowl of cereal anyway - easy to just store the milk in my hotel fridge.

Crag, there's actually a final Hep A and B shot that covers you for 20 years. I'll have those done in 5 months, long after my return (but hopefully just prior to my next Thailand voyage of discovery).

I tried to get the HPV vaccine, but it's only for children. I read it can make them very sick. A toxic vaccine. There's news that a new Dengue vaccine is being tested in the Philippines and had to be stopped because the side effects were illness and death. Seems they needed to test human children from a third world country. They're cheaper to reimburse. Getting back to restaurant food vs vendor food. I think both carries their risks. There may not be food inspection programs or even a crisis plan for mass food poisoning like Salmonella, Dysentery, Cholera. I read about and tried to get a Cholera vaccine. It is an oral liquid which you take that will protect you for a few months so that means you buy it IF you are going to Cholera country. Here in Honolulu food inspectors are very strict and have cited several big name restaurants with a less than perfect plaque. Some have cheated and removed it from the front window only to be fined heavily. I think Thailand has NO food inspection programs. If a food poisoning outbreak occurs I'll be they will hide it so protect the tourism industry. I did get sick this past winter with the flu for 3 weeks. Had it all. Extremely sore throat which I treated with Vicodin, coughing which there's nothing you can do. Coughing is a natural reaction to unclog the throat and spit out the phlegm. Then there's sinusitis which is treated with Nasotapp from your closest Thai pharmacy. It is the same as Sudafed which contains the ingredients to make ice. Funny how there's no restrictions to buy it. They limit me to only one box in a given time, and I have to show my ID. Here in Thailand you have to show you ID when you purchase a SIM card and mail anything in a post office. This is how a girl criticizing Chan Oh-Cha online was arrest and jailed. No civil rights in this land. Then the stomach flu came with explosive diarrhea on the third day. Really cramped my loving vacation. I did get the flu vaccine, but wrong strain. Now the USA is having the coldest winter in history with ice blocking the rivers and flooding everywhere. They have the flu, and it KILLS. I didn't know Thailand could get cold. It was in the 70's F. Lastly I want to share that we had a huge Hepatitis outbreak in Honolulu a few months ago. They were able to discover the source as frozen scallops from the Philippines. Apparently somebody harvested them from a place where there's a sewage outflow nearby. So stupid. Lots of jaundice to go around. Raw scallops are a delicacy in a sushi restaurant. Lots of folks never got a hepatitis vaccine. As a doctor I can appreciate the protection vaccines give. You can get Hep A and B vaccinations. None for Hep C. But thankfully there are new medicines to cure it. Hep C is transmitted by infected blood and sexual promiscuity. That's you and me, brah. So wash up with lots of hot soapy water, gargle with Listerine for a minute and deep throat it. Best of all stay healthy and don't drink so much or eat in obviously filthy places like the Thais do. Avoid unhealthy-looking prostitutes. Try keeping the light on while forking. Helps to see those ugly cauliflower blooms on some of those anuses. No kidding. I've seen them. Urk! Honolulu has also had mumps like the L.A. Disneyland outbreak, and it was caused by kids from the Philippines. Still having Rat Lungworm Disease here spread by snails and rat dropping. The filthiest event was a slug sneaked into and drowned in a bowl of fermenting Kava drink. Everybody found out after they drank up all the Kickapoo joy juice. We also had a Dengue outbreak, and it was controlled by educating the public on mosquito control. Back to Thailand. They were criticized by the USA and the UN for adding too much Tetracycline antibiotic to their feed probably to promote weight gain. Don't know if this has stopped. UN also criticizes Thailand for slave labor on the ships. They are forcing the Burmese to do dirty and dangerous work for little or no money. The ocean is a convenient dumping ground for unidentified bodies. When you stop and think about it, all of Thais are slave labor. They work more than 8 hours a day with no overtime pay and seven days a week. You will notice the banks in Central Festival are open every single day. Anyway part of guerrilla traveling is to stay alert and be suspicious for your safety. Look before your cross streets, avoid dark places alone, fight back if attacked, wear condoms and wash vigorously before and afterwards, never drink untreated water, use mozzie repellants when they are heavy, respect local customs and don't flash your ass in front of temples like those faggots from California. True food poisoning and venereal infections are too heavy published and are over exaggerated. Use your common sense and you should be safe each and every time you visit.
