Pai is a lovely village between Chiang Mai and Mae Hong Son in Northern Thailand that I have visited many times, most recently in April.
I wore the shirt specially for the lovely Pai in Char nee Bar as I was 0 km away from her...

I used a book made by a brit for the transliteration, and some letters didn't turn up, at least not exactly as on your shirt. Now I took a book made by a Thai, and there they were!

Had a drink with one of the hidden gems of Pattaya yesterday afternoon, Gai/Kai in the I think it's called "Love Friend" bar or something like that on Soi Chaipoon.

She does not speak much English, but looks damn cute.
