Pattaya Reality check

Shame you didn't continue our tour onto Lita's Bar, as this place is really taking shape.

The actual bar fit out is nice, and Karl does a great job looking after the music with everything from Pink Floyd to the Pussycat Dolls thrown in the mix. He has one of the most extensive collections of songs you're likely to encounter anywhere.

From my own experience and comments from others, the bar really only gets going after 1am, or possibly even later, however there are some very cute staff and plenty of freelancers sticking their heads in the door.

Even the beautiful Nicky popped in for a drink last night and briefly jumped up onto a podium to strut her stuff.

The other night I barfined a beauty from Lita's called Tata, and came very close to taking another from there last night by the name of Mint that was cute as a button.

Have to agree with you in regards to the actual numbers in some of the bars, but with all the possible venues, it doesn't seem to matter too much.

As a side note, Jenny Star Bar really has gone downhill in a big way. Blue Ice Bar leaves it for dead, and even Linda Bar seems to have had a revival.

I concur with that. It was better 15 years ago than it is now.... Sure, 131 didnt exist but then you had the Simon Caberet and other bars that the Ladyboys dont use any more . The action just shifts around...

Thanks for posting the price list Franck! It's a customer friendly policy.

My pet peeve is that most bars don't have a price list for customers. Imagine a restaraunt that didn't have prices on their food menu? I'm not just talking about Thailand here; same same in America.

Though I generally wind up drinking Beer Chang anyway.

I have more fun in Pattaya - its as simple as that
Last night I met one girl in a bar and had a great time (but did not go with her)
Then hooked up with my regular girl, after some fun she wanted to leave since her mother was staying with her (yea right!)
So I went back out at 1am hooked up with Monkeyman and friends, and ran into a new girl who could be Eats younger sister -- off to Marine disco till 4am, then back to my hotel for some more fun.

Nights like that don't happen in Bangkok.

From what i have heard, the nice part of pattaya is the "bar-hopping" with a chance to find a diamond anywhere.

The bad part are the dozens of drunken uerotrash...

mardhi.. I cannot believe that there are over 60 LBs working in obsession.. there is not enough space for 30 lbs.. the stage is so small.. or did they do it bigger?

Some clown on the main NVLBs n forum reckons he see a 100 ladyboys in there...If there are a lot of customers it obviously looks busy but i dont think ive ever seen more than 50 LBs. Maybe 60 tops IMHO...

The girls are not all on the stage at the same time Entrox, that would be a marvel.

They dance in 4 different groups at Obs..if you reckon 50 max..that's only 12 on stage at a time...I've seen a lot more than 12 girls on stage at one time in Obs...I'd say there have been many times when I've seen 20 girls on stage at a time...

Last time I was in Obsession I counted the girls IN the bar and the girls that had already been barfined (easy via the whiteboard) and there were 66. That does not include those hanging around outside and/or eating which is probably another 6 or so. So yes they have more than 60 staff, but I do not believe its up in the nineties as has been reported as I have never seen that many myself.

As others have said, they are split into 4 dance teams - hence the average is about 15-18 on stage at any one time.

Is this done randomly or do the girls in the same clique tend to be on the same team?
