The Eden Club Pattaya has been SOLD

Was just reading on Pattaya Chat that The Eden club in Pattaya has been sold, and is going to open shortly as The Hell Club.

From what I've read, it appears Marc's partner died only a few days ago, and the Pattaya club had originally been planned specifically for his partner Francis to run.

As a result of the untimely death, Marc has sold both The Eden Club Pattaya, and the hotel next door, The Waranya Inn.
Apparently he will retain a minor share in the place, but the format is likely to change and become more flexible than The Eden Club Bangkok was in many regards.

Sounds to me like the guy got whacked over a bad business deal with the Pattaya Mafia. I mean come on... the guy dies and just like that everything's been sold and renamed?
