Received a message from Franck earlier and he informed me that he's been extremely busy with the recruitment of staff for the new Ladyboy venture in Pattaya's Soi 13/1, "Club 131".

As Guess Bar has shown, the quality of the staff available is critical to the success or failure of such an enterprise.

Obviously a number of other factors play a part too, but regardless of how great the decor, or how cheap the drinks, if the ladyboys on offer aren't appealing, the place is doomed to fail.

Hopefully shortly I'll be able to elaborate on some of the ladyboys Franck has secured for the bar.
