Your totally correct "E&T" became "Barely Legal"

The Barely Legal building soi 6 was in need of massive structural repair work with the lease due for renewal in 6 months.

"Lita's" was to be our 2nd LB bar in Walking Street ..... So Lita & myself cut our loses in soi 6 due to the 3 million baht refurb needed and relocated 100% in soi BJ taking our family of LBs with us  

Here we can offer a far better service in a better enviroment
