I was in there a week or so ago,Bob was not there and when he is absent girls tend to be a bit more pushy and also lazier when it comes to dancing.

Was there just yesterday and have to say that the ladies are a bit pushy. As I hadn't been to Stringfellows for a couple of weeks I gave Powerbob a call a few days ago and told him I would come by for an inspection.

On the way down there was a massive high season-like traffic jam on Phratamnak Road -rather unsual for these days - I thought there had been an accident. I turned out that the whole left lane was blocked by a long row of empty songtaews (Baht busses) and the right lane was full of slow driving and halting songtaews hoping to pick up a customer. It was the same scenario on 2nd road and when I drove into Soi Yamoto I had the choice of 4 parking slots- all them almost in front of Stringfellow's door. There were a couple of ladies outside, including my dear Jenny and I walked in (she followed) expecting to find the place empty. Much to my surprise there were quite a few punters inside including the one and only Donnykey!

I had planned to complain to Bob about not updating us on the forums about the most recent line-ups. I could no longer throw in that he was losing customers because of that, as the place seemed to be continuing to do well despite the economic downturn.

He said "well, as I'm so busy and not on the forums so much why don't you do it!" and offered me another gin tonic.

Several gin tonics later and after having bought a couple drinks for the chosen ones - Jenny and May (GF)- it was time to go up for a little fun.


I paid the first two barfines of the evening. A couple of hours later Donnykey left having paid the eighth barfine...

Stringfellow's is still as strong and steady as ever.

Good to see you in the bar the other evening. Suzy is tremendous and Gita, Lek, Mae etc etc all looking great.
Sf is still the only real LB GoGo so deserves a visit. The staff seem less 'pushy' than before and my companions had a different and better opinion on this last visit. I do think it works better when Bob is in attendance.

Much earlier than expected I was in Stringfellows again yesterday night -the second time this week. Needed to show a visiting friend some of our delights! Once again quite busy and some of the ladies were barfined already - May (GF) and Nat(cha) for example were not there.
