Haven't seen her in SF since June. Maybe she's either full time in Singers now ( Rowell Road) or just moved on. It's a shame she was one of my favs in Pattaya

I was on missions elswhere after that so I'm not sure she 's still there. Doubt she is off to S'pore as May said she was too keen on goijng there anymore.

"GO, GO, GO" never, ever in my life have I been screamed at to leave a bar, but it happpened last night. My brother and I, and another BM, went to the bar for a drink. Whenever a girl approached us, we politely said, "no thanks, just here for a beer"

This was met with returns such as"LOOk, LOOK, not buy" Anyway, it comes time to pay and go. It was my brothers round, and he paid for the 2 drinks. First of all one girl says "20 baht tip" no problem.

Then one of the blonde girls, one with a fringe, says tip, 100 baht. Now as we had not engaged with any of the girls for the duration of our drinks, we wondered why she was demanding a tip for basically, NOTHING.

Anyway my brother refused, which was met with a scream of abuse, "GO, Go, GO" as the blonde pointed to the door.

Customer care, I don't think so, not impressed, won't be back.

Back to La Bamba, and home among friends.

PS, wish the girls would stop lifting the bottles to see are you finished.

Although this happens in most places I usually see it as part of customer service, although we all know exactly what they're doing it and why.

In Stringfellows, however, it always feels more confrontational with undertones of hassle when the request for another is not accepted immediately.

I was told once in Thai (translated afterwards by GF), when paying a THB190 bin that I should keep the THB10 tip I left and shove it into my mouth when I die - Charming.

I still go back, but not as often as I used to.
