131 Bar (Pattaya)

Not getting hassled? Sorry, that's not my experience with Club 131 around 22 or 23 of April. I was immediately sourrounded by 4 or 5 Girls. All wanted to go upstairs with me before I ordered my first drink. Okay, they were quite nice. But as we all know, there is a small line between friendlyness and aggressiveness. As a firsttimer I certainly would have taken the run.

After I bought Pond (she signs Bond below her phonenumber) a drink everything was okay. We were on our own and finally went upstairs (great experience).

I think Franck should ask his girls for a smoother way of approaching costumers. Other guys from Germany share my opinion.

Besides of that: great Place, look forward for more stays Oct./Nov.

Was Franck actually there when you got the rough stuff? I was there about 3 weeks ago and Franck was away and the girls were a bit heavy. Same thing at Guess bar when Jay is not there...

Still - better to have the bar and have an off day rather than not have the bar at all...

No, Franck was upstairs in the computer corner, maybe updating his informative diary. When Pond and me fell onto the sofa 1st floor to have some pillowtalk he kindly asked me if I want to go online or check my e-mails.

Definetely a nice guy, saw him later on several occasions having a drink or two at Stringfellows, the tall sexy Blonde always at his side.

Next time I will watch out for Franck as a bodyguard. No, I am not that old

I can confirm that. At the first week in April three friends and I have been there. Two of the guys are not interested in Ladyboys.

It was an aggressive atmosphere. One of the Ladyboys (don't know her name) was talking two sentences in a strange german accent. She urged me to fuck with her but I was only a minute or two in the bar and was not in the mood to take her upstairs. So she decided to sit on a friend's knee but my friend is not interested in Ladyboys or boys. Before shouting or screaming could start we payed our bill and left.

Damn. I'm not arriving in Pattaya until 8 June so will miss out. But hopefully I will still enjoy a visit even 1 week late

@Bond what did they tell you? Teach us some Thai/German phrases here.......

In generel was not that impressed with Club 131 after all that PR in the forum. Franck is a great host, girls little pushy, hardly any time to settle down and find a seat without being pushed for drinks and/or to go upstairs. May be picked the wrong days ......

Every single day I try to teach my staff to be cool and wait the customers choice.
My sincere apologizes if they disturb you or your friends.

Also, as I post my staff's pics, I would like to know which was the one with that strange German accent.

Helping me with this, is help my future customers to avoid bad experiences.

The friends / customers are always free to tell me the things when they are upseted.
I think that is the best way to keep improving a new bar.

I hope you won't take it personally.

My friends and I did not spent more than 15 minutes in Club 131. It was literally a small talk with the girl and (I beg your pardon) I can not remember her name. Please, believe me, I have no idea which girl it could be but she was a pest at that moment and it would be a tiresome work to search her among your staff.

At July we will travel to Thailand again. Santa (one of my friends who was with me that night and yes, he is a LB-admirer too), one more good friend (also a LB-admirer) and I will enter Club 131 again in only seven weeks.    I am sure that we will have fun!

Things have changed a bit since my visits in early April, then, when it was relaxed.   Mind you, TTC chatting up the mamasan probably gave out vibes to other staff not to mob me!    I found Alis, Liou, and Chin attentive  ... but without being demanding.

I was also impressed when my 'LB guest for the night' assured me that Franck encouraged a family atmosphere amongst the staff at 131.... so if I wanted to take another girl the next night, there would be no hassle.

I look forward to returning, and am not at all surprised that Franck is intending to act on this feedback

......being able to sit and have a chat with a friend or one of the girls of "your" choice is a real pleasure versus the mob scene at other places. Seems that if I tried to sit by myself I got aggressively "nagged" (Patty)...start talking to a friend(Franck) or in another case, Lio, and the others backed off....
