131 Bar (Pattaya)

Actually - it is currently called Club 131 (as it is on Soi 13/1) It's a run down girly bar at the moment though!  

It's on the same side of the street as Stringfellows, but closer to the beach.

We cannot control everything, however, it would be nice if at least the members on this site agreed to only take shots of LBs, not men (like us) with LBs. That hasn't been the case so far, and it's that lack of respect for privacy by members on this forum that is a bit annoying.

I'll be in Pattaya on 1st March for a few days, and you can tell the new owner I WON'T be visiting if he allows cameras

Some people are camera shy.

I always believe that if I'm doing something which I object to someone taking a picture of, then I most likely should not be doing that activity to begin with.

He is Ohms friend and Thai and gay - if you want, can maybe get his number for you. The two girls behind Ohm are also her friends and they are all friends of Beer, who is the other Guess staff member in the picture.

So out of interest Stewart - where do you go in Pattaya where cameras are not allowed?

Certainly not Didi bar, no problem with cameras there
Certainly not JSB, no problem with cameras there
Certainly not Hi Boss, no problem as well

Most of my lb hunting is done as discreetly as possible, and I agree there is never 100% discretion.

Last few times to pattaya has been calling in lb to hotel. Don't like jsb because it IS so public, tend to cower in the relatively dark parts at the back until my eardrums give in.

I want to reduce the risks, and if I know that cameras are being encouraged (like on special occassions), I won't go. Guess Bar "seems" to be photos and cameras every other night, so I am nervous. I have been to bangkok over 20 days since it has been open, and I have been there twice I think.

Since when has a rule stopped someone doing something in Thailand?

Seriously I see your concern, but the reality is that on that you have far less chance of having your picture taken in somewhere like Guess bar than in almost any other bar I can think of and I include the likes of Ipanema, Crazy Horse and Romeos in that as well as I have taken pictures in all of them before.

A Thai friend of the girls, who put himself into the shot.

I am very careful not to post anybodies face, the few times I can't crop a person out I black out the face or replace it ( to date I've used Elvis, Jonny Depp , Gilligan and a smiley )

If it were you sitting with the girl , you WOULD NOT be posted in a picture of mine.
