Hi, I'm looking for a cheap (around $30) but good and friendly LB hotel at a street where there are interesting LB bars. I like to walk and I need a hotel in the action.

Soi 8 is close to everything, the beach, shopping and many good restaurant. Many other ladyboy bars are a short walk away.
The basic room is 1000 baht and the deluxe room is 1200 baht contact them through their website.

Very interesting place. Can you tell me if rooms are very noisy at night? Is there Internet wi-fi in the room?

The rooms are on the third floor and higher so there is some buffer from the bar. I can't say for sure how noisy in the room but they can't play loud music past 2am. You can contact them and ask.
The whole place is covered with wifi.

Another place i liked was the Dynasty Inn on Soi 13, you can get it in the $30-40 range and it is very nice.
They also have a 300 baht transfer from their hotel in Bangkok.
It is quite close to walking street, the beach and a number of ladyboy bars.

Also near Kings bar off Soi 8 there is a number of Eastiny Hotels that look pretty good for the price, although i have never stayed.
The also have many hotels in your price range in Pattaya.

Probably includes a lady to clean your room once a day, but that is all.
Any other activities would have to be negotiated separately with your guest.

This lady is probably from a past incarnation of the bar where they had ladies not just ladyboys.

Don't confuse the usual daily room rate with situations where the bar will include the price of the room as part of the short time bar fine. There are a few bars that do this, but most do not or charge slightly more for the use of the short time room on the premises in addition to the bar fine.

Stay at the Sunshine Hotel across the street from King's Bar. About US$50 a day. Reservations through Agoda.com and look for the hotel on Soi 8. Reservations are limited to 30 days so if you want more than 30 days you need to make 2 reservations. You don't want to stay at a LB bar. Things can go wrong if you don't like the LB or bring another LB from outside. Sunshine gives free wonderful buffet breakfasts at 7 AM to 11AM every morning. Got 3 swimming pools, excellent staff that speaks and understands English. Very clean rooms with linens changed daily. Quiet even though there's lots of noisy bars on this street. Lots of bars. Ground zero for bars. Spend a few more bucks and live decently. Personally I don't like KB. Snotty assholes. Rose was the snottiest and told everybody to act that way towards me. No matter. Lots of lovelies from Obsessions and every bar on Soi 7 and 8 has LBs. Best are the ones on Beachwalk. No bar fines. Look across the Pattaya Beach Road from 7-11 and you'll find Nana in a nice evening gown, Fame with a slender curvy body, Frame the dark girl with same kind of body, and the tiny Baitong who so cute with her very large sexy feet. All will let me take vids and pics. The best LB's in bars was in Beehive (Emmy and Gitar) across Flipper Lodge which is another good hotel with reasonable rates. Can't beat walking across the small soi and picking up a cutie with a dick. Another is Aussie Bar at the upper half of Soi 7. Look for the only LB there named BOW. She is tall and got braces. Large and thick. Loves to take pics and showoff on video cameras. Go get her! A third bar is the last one at the top of Soi 8 right near the Pattaya 2 Road. Got Ploy who is LOOOOONG. Not much you can do except watch her jack off. She is too big and got an attitude like she's proud of it. Forget Patsy at Patsy's. She looks like Twisted Sister's Dee Snyder. Ugly and funny. She likes to smack smacking sounds and hoot at you like you're a stray dog. No class. If ugly and tall thrills you, ask for Pay at the massage parlor just next to 7-11 store which itself is next to KB. Pattaya is full of all kinds of LB's so you will find one that suits you. Stay at Flipper Lodge or Sunshine Hotel. I know. I just returned from a 6 weeks vacation with lots of vids and pics to last me until next November/December. Don't buy expensive Viagra or Cialis. They sell Kamagra jelly cheaply. Buy small size condoms at various pharmacies. They like em tight. Or buy medium or large whatever fits you. Hate returning with excess condoms and storing them for another year. A dozen will cost B300 (just under US$10). Oh year the huge and modern Hilton shopping complex is on the next block with lots of restaurants. Love Miyazaki's with its Benihana-like cooking plate. They cook in front of you and serve you hot food. About US$10 for a sliced pork dinner with seaweed soup, white rice, steamed vegetables, a bottled water. Try the green tea ice cream. So delicious. Lots of Japanese food places. Like yakiniku or tempura. They are there. Also buffet restaurant is popular. Then there's a super huge movie complex where I saw Spectre. No movie projector. The screen is digital as is the sound. AC is too cold so bring warm jacket. They say no cell phones but everyone is checking their messages every minute. I paid US$8 for my date and myself. You can get a love chair for US$20 all to you and your squeeze's delight. Bring a blanket. There are other shopping centers like Garden Plaza and Mike's Shopping Center which sell cheaper stuff. Mike's got a swimming pool on the top 10th floor full of German potbellied dirty old men who just love the super dark skinned Thai girl girls. black chicks whether they are Africans, Thais, or otherwise are very popular among the farangs. The Africans surprisingly speak English very well and are approachable. Pretty nice looking, too, and dress well. Am getting sleepy. One week and I still got jet lag.

I like the Oishi restaurant in the Central Plaza, they have all the Oishi iced tea you can drink.
