For something different and out of the ordinary, Pattaya has the Oriental Princess floating restaurant. Most westerners don't know about it since it is marketed mostly to Taiwanese and mainland China tour groups. If you click on the link, you'll find out more about the restaurant.
I went there several years ago, and the ladyboys have generally been recruited from the cabaret shows. There are 45 ladyboys on staff according to their website who serve as reception and entertainment for the night. The food was ok, but not outstanding. It would be an interesting place to take your lb date as well.
When I was there the Chinese male tourists sometimes would book the lbs for a "head massage", which involved the lbs rubbing the heads in between their breasts (still clothed - although some wear skimpy tops).
I found it fascinating that some of the female tourists when having their photos taken with the lbs would put their hands on the lbs breast. (as you can see from the website photo gallery).
It is likely some of the lbs would be available for p4p - I would suggest the same strategy as for the cabaret lbs - get your photo taken with the lb(s) you're interested in, and slip them your mobile number along with the tip. They will call you later if they are into p4p.
If any of you try this place down the road, please add to this post with your experiences. I don't think I would go again, but I would say it was worth a look.
