P.S. - hopefully Pattaya will still be open when I arrive, despite the horrible business climate and the occasional hints of it's imminent demise. This will inevitably result in some shuttered businesses and girls moving into other professions (probably not doctors and lawyers, but they are certainly welcome to dream). But reports of Pattaya's closing will have been greatly exaggerated. Sodom by the Sea will probably continue to offer debauchery and decadence that would make Caligula proud for at least another decade. Any shake-ups will force marginal businesses (and maybe a few favorites as well) into the gutter, and will probably drive some of the less-aggressive and/or less impressive girls into other professions.
