Thank you for confirming what I suspected. Young Donut is pretty & sweet & when I met her last year I told her I would barfine her 'later'.

The old brush-off I know, but I did think she was one worth a look at sometime. But I didn't get any vibe from her that she was a professional. Her whole modus operandi was being a bargirl by numbers. She did everything by rote.

For 3 months I talked to her but ignored her. I was quite certain that she would be a classic case of coming to the room & expect to be paid for doing little or nothing.

And before anyone questions that, there are plenty just like her. I am amused at the notion that because a girl turns up to work in a bar every night that she is 'just another prostitute'.

A lot of them come because they have nowhere else to go & because the little bit they make from ladydrinks, while trivial to us, is enough to buy them food. They share 3 or 4 to a room always moving around when the latest landlord kicks them out.

Donut is a gentle girl who always looks her best, she will sit with you when you buy her a drink, she tries to converse as best she can (her English is hopeless) but I am waiting to hear that she can boom-boom, otherwise she's toast.
