Now if we could just somehow include the information on the major LB-friendly hotels ie: PBR, Penthouse, Areca, LK Renaissance, etc etc etc.

LK and Areca on Soi Dianna.

Penthouse same location as Obssesions.

PBR and Areca/Evergereen don't fit neatly on the map but easy walk from the Areca and behind Avenue Mall.

Check out the August Suites on Central Pattaya. It is literally a 10 minute walk to Soi 6 or a 2 minutes baht bus ride. Great location and you can get a great room for 1,500baht per night.

If you stay behind Tekcom, Mosaik Apts is about 6k a week, very nice rooms.
Check their website. I plan to stay there again this summer.

Blue Room and Geisha now gone. Drinking St banning LBs
Famous Bar to be added and a few others worth a mention.

It is a fairly volatile market this year so it is difficult to keep up to date real time. Patience.
