These are definitely the two best teams. Before seeing either team practice, I thought So What had what appeared to be most physically dominant team due to the size/strength of the girls. First from seeing Pook practice, I thought they looked pretty formidable. They have about 5 very good players, and about 3 more that are decent enough you don't need to hide them.
Then after watching So What practice, they not only have the physical size, but have 6 very talented players who appear ready to play as a coordinated team. I'd have to lean toward them. Jennifer is the best back line player I've seen and Pook has no one to match up with Fah at the net. Their other 4 are all really good looking players I think, but the individual names escaped me except for Nat. Nat IMO, is probably the 6th best So What player but would be 2nd best if she were on Pook Bar's team.
Pook has a possible advantage of practicing barefoot on sand, because that's the surface they will play on, Oct 10. So What is practicing in flip flops on that hard scrabble surface, where one definitely does not want to be diving for the ball, and in their practices they don't.
That's my brief analysis of the two favorite teams, but I may revise them after seeing some more practices.

Great stuff guys! Always enjoy the BB portfolios .... especially pleased that the 'oiling up' pics are back Not easy to get good photos in the midst of a Volleyball match. As we know, BB is in the premier league, with Snapper and Donnnny
I'm getting back to LOS asap, so look forward to seeing you at the Events on October 10 ...... but keep the previews coming!
Don't get me wrong. I'm a huge Fah fan, but her play around the net on that road pack surface versus the sand is two different games. Thats like a horse running on dirt then going to turf.
Does Fah just come straight from her overnight barfine and throw on some flips and play? Any broken nails or turned ankles to report?
Would like to see our resident reporters pick an all-tournament team. Best 6 players and maybe an MVP.
Great job on the hype fella's I'm actually interested in the competitive side as well now.
Guys thanks for all your feedback and positive comments, good to see this thread is generating a bit of interest among the sports and non sports fans.
Yes it is becoming a daily routine now for myself and a few more BMs, notably Lefty to be found around the Soi 6 area every afternoon from 3.45 - 6 pm.
Lets kick off with the So What girls in training yesterday.
