Anyone notice the ladyboy in yellow dress flashing for BB?

I'm a big fans of things inthe background especially when it involves something like that. Nice photo Buren "On the Spot" boy.

(seamus @ Oct. 01 2009,07:47) Can just see a load of drunk football hooligans smashing up the place after grabbing a handful of cock ! A place to avoid like the plague
True enough! Can you imagine a gang of neaderthals finding their way into the bar only to discover that the "bird" they are chatting to has more down her bikini bottoms than they have in their crusty undies?

      Cue the Kaiser Chiefs...

(kevin4252 @ Oct. 01 2009,06:57) But why paint a red cross on it????
That is the flag of St George, the patron saint of England. If you remember they used to have a white flag with a red cross hanging all the way across the ceiling of the bar. It wasn't the flag of St George but many thought it was.

I don't like the new name AND I don't like the new label.

That's a terrible name for a ladyboy bar. I miss Jenny already.

whilst the flag is that of St George, patron saint of England, it is believed that St George was a turk

it's the flag of Genoa sorry.........

The theory more reliable as to the origins of the flag, attested by the historical archives of Genoa[2] and confirmed by H.R.H. The Duke of Kent, is that the flag of Genoa was adopted by England and the City of London in 1190 for their ships entering the Mediterranean to benefit from the protection of the powerful Genoese fleet. The maritime Republic of Genoa was rising and going to become, together with its rival Venice, one of the most important powers in the world. The English Monarch paid an annual tribute to the Doge of Genoa for this privilege.[3] The Republic of Genoa was born in 1099 and all over the Mediterranean Sea a red cross meant Genoa.

thank you, I never knew that but the flag in jsb was not St George's flag (which preceded the flag of Genoa!). The flag that was in jsb was the flag of St Patrick and carried the red diagonals on a white ground. (I always wondered where the diagonal reds came from on the Union Flag)
