just wish they'd issue a Day's Pass to enjoy as many rides as you can :-)
The pharmaceutical company Pfizer
is marketing such a thing.
I believe it is called Viagra.
"I don´t know what to do. Losing sleep. Kicked from a chatroom on a board about worshipping young transsexual prostitutes.
I´ve my fair share of disapointments and hardtimes in my life, but this....."
Hello genthog , have fun in Patt
the Dynasty is Ok i stayed there in January. And 2 Clubs are not a long way from it bamba and a other one. Only 3 Minutes to walk.
In The Walking Street at the Club Jennys Bar are also great LB.
Pattaya, a recent experience ( my 6th visit last year)
Had the DUBIOUS pleasure of being in Pattaya 1st week of December 08.
I believe (doubtless a few others may have also shared the experience ) I was one of the few TS LB forum fans who arrived from Heathrow to BKK 30 minutes prior to the invasion of "the Mob" at the airport in November.
I had a suite sensation deal at the Landmark hotel which included a pick-up on arrival. After a 20 minute apologetic delay from meeting rep from hotel to collection "traffic problems" I left the airport, after a few miles out from Suvarnabhumi all traffic on the Bangkok bound side of the motorway slowed to a crawl and I observed the sea of yellow marching to their destination, the traffic jam following behind was massive and the first thought in my head was for all those on route for a flight would be lucky to make their flight. I could not envisage that it would be up to a week hence that some would be delayed for their trip home.
After a great week in BKK , which was coupled with airport problems meant punters were at an all time low I moved to the Amari Tower Pattaya for a week (best hotel in Pats, no doubt)
To qoute that old Boney M hit song Rasputine " Oh those russians"
I had arranged for 3 of my nights there that 3 LB friends from previous visits to BBK (all from Kings corner coincidentally) came and stayed for a 24 hour mini break this also meant 2 visits to Tiffany show and 1 to Alcazar, it was no coincidence that in Tiffs the best audience response of the night was the Russian winter set
with the male dancers emulating spinning cossacks and the swirling braids of the ladies. I also noted that lots of badly dressed audience members were asked to vacate the front rows as they had purchased cheaper seats buts had seated themselves nearer the stage on arrival and only when the person holding the ticket for that seat would they simply shrug their shoulders and moved to the nearest vacant seat, I saw two old ladies be moved 3 times until the Thai staff scrutinized their tickets and ensured they were correctly seated " god loves a trier"
My friend knew one of the girls from Alcazar who was a main performer, As we all know they all pose for photo's at the end of the show which also we know is a traditional part of the shows climax and much needed renumeration is earned from the tips given by the audience who have photo's taken along side their favourite performer.
Over a drink our performer/friend told us that the ruskies are loathed to tip and if so small coins are the order of the day.
The girls had an agreement to drop the coins and leave the insulting donation to be retrieved from the inevitable benefactor, who do so with no sense of shame.
Bad un-coordinating clothing, hair, shoes and teeth are all
prerequisites of the Russian herd and are easily recognized, especially the males who wear flip flops, neon shorts and wife beater vests to all day and night occasions.
Their spendthrift ways in bars are all ready known with 1 beer being shared between 3 comrades in Go Go bars a regular event, its like they were preparing for the credit crunch years ahead of its arrival.
Along with the usual beer bar euro knuckle draggers
they have made the Pattaya experience poorer.
As informed on a similar post they will remain a feature
of the Pattaya Landscape. Only going to venues like Mantra will you avoid them. Even on the pier side restaurants they will inevitably commence an emotional sing song which appears to have no final chorus.
Next month will be my 7th trip to Thailand and both BKK and Patts have their strengths. First off, you'll spend a couple hours travel time between the two. Figure spending half a day total traveling (incl. packing, checking in/out of hotel, etc.), getting to and from Patts. With the short amount of time you have, I'd recommend against trying to split your time. Patts strengths are that it's cheaper in general for everything...hotel, food, girls. BKK is more expensive, but unless outdoor activities are your thing, (i.e., parasailing, jet skiing, ATV's, etc..) there's generally more to do in BKK especially in regards to shopping. Now on to the girls...service in Patts is generally better. More GFE type experiences. Not that you can't find that in BKK, but it seems easier to find in Patts and given your short timeframe, might be the better choice. I do think the girls, especially the lb's are prettier in BKK (more feminine), but they are hotter, and they know it, and the service usually shows it. They seem more "jaded" from being in the service industry than their Patts counterparts. Another thing to consider is that Patts is "zoned" for the service industry, whereas BKK has small pockets of places for it...Nana, Soi Cowboy, Patpong. In Patt's, entire Sois all along Beach Rd are at your disposal, in addition to Walking Street and you can start your mongering earlier in the day. Unless you are into massages/soapies, you'll have a harder time finding a hook up during the day in BKK. There are street walkers and beer bars, but they are much more spread out than in Patts and therefore you'll spend a lot more time walking/in a cab or tuk tuk, than actually finding the girl of your dreams.
So, unless you have something specific you have to do in BKK, like business, shopping or going to Pantip, I'd recommend spending your entire time in Pattaya.
